For the price you are suggesting you can buy any in that range and they will be fine. You might check around with your friends and see if someone has a camera you can borrow to try out.
I have a 7 year old sony with a cassette tape and it works fine. If you can set up your computer to capture your video here’s a great program that is cheap $40.00 to compare your swing with other players and pros. V1 Golf Academy. http://www.v1golfacademy.com/
