Jeff is single for Halloween. I applaud Jeff's bold costume design...it's both effective, and cheap. All those years of business school didn't go to waste, Jeff knows a good bargain when he sees one.
No candy in his basket this year, he'll be getting all the poon instead for his day of single-itude.
