This note was inspired by an 235 year old man that came into the body shop the other day while I was there.

He needed to have his Tacoma or some piece of shit painted, and the kept reiterating how it was the LE....limited edition.

Do you even know what limited edition means? It means limited to how many they could churn out at the factories, and how many little chrome LE badges could be produced.

That's it.

It's as limited as EVERY OTHER CAR on the road. Their productions were all limited...to how many the factory could make before they switched to something else.

If I put an LE on a Chinese persons forehead, does that mean only a limited number of Chinese people were made. Yes. The production was limited to the only one we could find without arms that could just remove it from himself.

Does that mean that a billion other Chinese people weren't made? No. Just means they don't have LE on their forehead.
